Old Town Interiors are a hardwood refinishing, installation, tile and millwork company based out of Tacoma, Washington. When we first met with the owner, Trever, they had a very small presence online and needed to reestablish their brand's presence. After creating a strategy for Old Town, we started the journey by capturing the brand's story and mission. We created multiple videos that were geared to share the history and vision of the company, along with also showing the services they provide and gathering testimonials from clients. These videos and photos were then used to build out their new website and in advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

A new website was essential for Old Town Interiors. It was a key part of ensuring that the leads we were sending to the site converted properly into customers. The website tells the story behind the business, shares a gallery of before and after photos, has multiple testimonials and breaks down their services into detail. Most importantly it has very clear "Call To Action" points throughout the site.

Through our advertising efforts Old Town Interiors has been able to grow its team, service base and service area. They have increased business by nearly 30% in the past year we have been working together. We started Old Town's Advertising journey on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) during quarter 4 of 2021 and later continued our advertising strategy on Google (Search Ads, Local Service Ads, Map Ads, and Call Ads).
